At this time, we only ship to destinations within the United States.

Here's a general timeline of what to expect after placing your order:
- Order cutoff: 11:00 AM EST. Any orders submitted after this time will enter processing on the next business day, which may add one additional day to the estimates below.
- Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday). During this period, your order is carefully prepared, inspected for quality, and passed along to our shipping carrier.
- Shipping time: 5–12 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
Keep in mind that these timeframes are approximate. Factors like carrier delays, severe weather, or peak shopping seasons may occasionally cause slight delays beyond these estimates.
Which Carrier Do You Use?
All Cancuna orders are fulfilled and delivered through USPS (United States Postal Service).
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Nothing — shipping is completely free on every order across the United States. There's no minimum spend required.
What If Something Goes Wrong With My Delivery?
If your package seems delayed, lost, or you run into any other shipping issue, don't hesitate to contact our support team. We'll coordinate directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation as fast as we can.
